To download a PDF copy of a past yearbook report for your congregation, open the church record in ALEX. Scroll down to the Yearbook grid. Click the download icon in the column heading for the year you want to download.
ALEX will download a PDF copy of the report to your computer's Downloads folder.
You can also search for the Yearbook report you wish to download by going to Directories -> Yearbooks. In the Search yearbook box, type the PIN for the congregation. Open the Year = dropdown and select the year or years you need.
Double click the report to open it, then click the Download Yearbook button in the upper right corner to download the report.
