What is my congregation's PIN?

Created by Dean Phelps, Modified on Wed, Jan 10 at 8:41 AM by Dean Phelps

A congregation's PIN is a six-digit number that uniquely identifies a congregation in ALEX, with Disciples Mission Fund, and across the ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Note: the PIN is a six-character number, so a leading zero may be required: i.e. '030102', not '30102'.

If you can log into ALEX, the congregation's PIN is shown on the Yearbook page (ribbon) icon.

You can also look up the PIN in an older printed Yearbook and Directory. Find your congregation in the statistical reports section (white pages). The PIN appears in the second column, next to the line number. (See image below.)

If you don't have access to a Yearbook, your regional office can help you find your congregation's PIN, or you can send an email request to alex@disciples.org.
