Congregation statistics in ALEX, like the white pages in the printed Yearbook, are available to individuals, congregations, ministers, regions, and general ministries that purchase a subscription for online access. Accessing the Minister Directory also requires a subscription.
Any ALEX user can search and view the Congregation Directory in ALEX and locate contact information for congregations.
Congregations can see their weekly giving and attendance entries but cannot see the entries from other congregations. ALEX users with regional access will be able review weekly entries from congregations within the region.
Information in ALEX will not be sold or shared with third party vendors. ALEX is an exclusive application built only for Disciples congregations, regions, and general ministries to use. It is being built by a company with extensive data experience, so it is built to industry standards.
