Who is responsible for entering data for a congregation?

Each congregation should have at least one user with the role of Church Staff in ALEX. An ALEX user with this role is able to submit the annual ALEX Yearbook Report. They can also update the congregation's Church Directory information.


Regional Staff users in ALEX are also able to enter Yearbook data and update Directory information for congregations in their region.
