How Can I Get a 501(c)(3) Letter for My Congregation?

All congregations listed as active in ALEX are included in the group 501(c)(3) exemption of the General Assembly of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) if the congregation's EIN is on file with the OGMP. To get a letter confirming your congregation's inclusion in the group exemption, send a request by email to yearbook@disciples.org. In your request, please include the name, city, and state/province of your congregation. If you know the congregation's six-digit PIN, please include that in your request.
