If you do not remember the ALEX user name or email address for your congregational reporter account, go to the ALEX login page and click Look Up My Congregation.
ALEX will ask for your congregation's six-digit PIN and the ZIP code for your congregation's location (not mailing) address. Click the Search button, and ALEX will display your congregation's name and address along with the user name and email address for the congregational reporter account.
If you still have access to the email address displayed, you can use the user name to recover your password.
If you no longer have access to the email address displayed, or if ALEX did not find a congregational reporter for your congregation, you can request a new congregational reporter account by sending an email to alex@disciples.org. Please include your congregation's name, city, and state/province in the email request.
