How do I recover my ALEX password?

If you've forgotten the password for your ALEX log in, click the Forgot Username or Password link on the ALEX login page.

ALEX will open a page where you can enter your email address. Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button.

ALEX will show a page that lists users with your email address. If ALEX finds your email address, your name will appear in the list. Your user name will appear in parentheses next to your name.

To reset your password, click on your name. ALEX will send a password reset message to your email address. That email will contain a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email to reset your

The email will also contain a password reset code. Alternatively, you can copy and paste that code into the password reset page in ALEX. If you enter the password reset code, click Check Code to complete the process.
