If you've forgotten the password for your ALEX log in, click the Forgot Password link on the ALEX login page. Enter your ALEX user name. ALEX will send a password reset email to the address associated with your ALEX account. The email will contain a link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours, but you can get a fresh link by returning to the ALEX login page and clicking Forgot Password again.
If you have forgotten or lost the user name for your congregation's reporter, you can look it up by using the Forgot Username link on the ALEX login page. This link will ask you to enter the email address for the congregation reporter. ALEX will send an email to address containing the user name associated with that email address.
If you have forgotten or lost the email address and user name for your congregation reporter, you can look up that information by clicking the Look Up My Congregation link on the ALEX login page.
