If a congregation does not have internet access, can they still submit a report?

We would love for all listed congregations to submit an ALEX Yearbook report, but we also realize that some congregations may not have an internet connection available. 

A paper report form can be obtained on request from your regional office or downloaded here. Please return the completed form to your regional office or to PO Box 1986, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
