If you have forgotten your ALEX user name, click the Forgot Username link on the ALEX login page. Enter your email address. ALEX will send an email to that address showing the user name associated with that email address.
Once you have the user name, you may need to use the Forgot Password link to create a new password.
If ALEX does not find an account with your email address, you can look up the email address and user name for your congregation's reporter account from the ALEX login page using the Look Up My Congregation link.
