How many people from my congregation can access ALEX?

ALEX has two roles for congregational users: Congregational Reporter and Congregational User. A Congregational Reporter can submit the ALEX Yearbook Report and can update congregational data in the Yearbook (ribbon icon) section. We prefer that only one user name per congregation have the Congregational Reporter role.

A Congregational User can view congregational information along with current and past Yearbook entries in ALEX. ALEX subscribers are usually assigned a Congregational User role. A congregation can have several user names with the Congregational User role.

Both of these roles can access the Congregation Directory (cross icon) in ALEX.
