How do I update my congregation's information in ALEX?

If you are the Congregational Reporter, you can update some of your congregation's information by logging into ALEX and going to the Yearbook (ribbon icon) section. Click the Edit Entry button. 


On that page you can update:

  • Congregation Legal Name
  • Affiliation (NAPAD, National Convocation, etc.)
  • Phone number
  • Minister email
  • Church email
  • Web site URL
  • Location
  • Mailing address


To save and submit your changes, go to the Submit tab, enter your name, and click the Submit button.
