How to Update a Congregation's Information in ALEX2

Church Staff and Regional Staff accounts can update some information for congregations. Church Staff can update information for their congregation, and Regional Staff can update information for congregations in their region. 


Open the church record by double clicking the church in the Directory list. Click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the page.

Church Staff and Regional Staff can update Address and Contact Information by clicking the Edit Details link.

Make the needed changes, then click Confirm Change or Discard Change.

Your changes will not be saved until you click the green Save button in the upper right corner.


Church Staff and Regional Staff can also update the address of the church's web site. Regional Staff can update a church's district/area.
