I did not receive the password reset email from ALEX

We are aware that sometimes people attempting to reset their ALEX password do not receive the email containing the password reset code. So far, we have not been able to determine when or why this happens.


If you have tried to reset your ALEX password but have not received the password reset email, send a support request to alex@disciples.org. Please include your name, your ALEX user name, church name, city, and state.
