Your region may return your ALEX Yearbook Report for any number of reasons. When they return a report for review, ALEX requires them to enter notes, and these should specify the reasons they returned the report.
If your region returns your report, go to the General tab in the My Yearbook (ribbon icon) section. You will see the region's notes there.
