Can I update my report after it's submitted?

ALEX Yearbook Reports can be changed after the congregational reporter has submitted it, but it depends on where the report is in its life cycle. 

• If the regional administrator has not approved the report, they can return the report. This will allow the congregational reporter to make any needed changes. 
• If the regional administrator has approved the report, the ALEX administrator can update the report. Changes should be emailed to alex@disciples.org. Please copy your regional office so that they are aware of and can confirm the changes.
• If reporting has been hard closed for the year, the ALEX administrator can add or update a report. Please record the changes on the ALEX Yearbook Report Worksheet, and send it to alex@disciples.org. Please copy your regional office on this message.
