ALEX Yearbook Reports can be changed after the congregational reporter has submitted it, but it depends on where the report is in its life cycle.
- If the regional administrator has not approved the report, they can return the report. This will allow the congregational reporter to make any needed changes.
- If the regional administrator has approved the report, the ALEX administrator can update the report. Changes should be emailed to alex@disciples.org. Please copy your regional office so that they are aware of and can confirm the changes.
- If reporting has been hard closed for the year, the ALEX administrator can add or update a report. Please record the changes on the ALEX Yearbook Report Worksheet, and send it to alex@disciples.org. Please copy your regional office on this message.
